2 years ago I met Marina while on holiday in Lagos, Portugal... A year later I visited her In her hometown in Augsburg, Germany - Where we then travelled to Croatia. In Croatia whilst camping we met the most incredible group of people who this year we decided to go and visit In their hometown in The Netherlands (Groningen). Having friends who are locals meant we got to see exactly what Groningen had to offer, we planned to go to the seal sanctuary for the day which was such a nice day out. We had so much fun taking in the local sights, we even managed to fit in going to Amsterdam for the day. In Amsterdam which tried to hit the tourist spots as well as just exploring for ourselves and finding some hidden gems. We visited the Amsterdam sign and the A'dam lookout, we also went for lunch at Loetje which was amazing.Â
